🚚 Delivery & Logistics

We operate our own delivery fleet, including 6-wheel trucks and pickups, enabling direct delivery from our factory to your distribution center, warehouse, or storefront.

  • Free delivery available for orders that meet our minimum requirement

  • Outside service areas? You can use your preferred carrier or arrange your own pickup

  • Average delivery time: 2–7 business days after production is complete

  • Full-truckload service available for large-volume orders

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

✅ Eligible for Claims

  • Product damaged during production

  • Incorrect item received (not matching the purchase order)

  • Missing items not matching the delivery note
     

📅 Claim Conditions

  • Must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging, including purchase order number

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
     

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products made to custom specifications (OEM/ODM)

  • Damage caused by misuse or third-party delivery chosen by the customer

  • Claims submitted after the 7-day period
     

💰 Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Customers may choose to:

    1. Exchange the item

    2. Receive store credit for future orders

    3. Request a full refund
